Paragon extends a wonderful opportunity to complete the restoration of two well-preserved old houses in a mountain village. This is a specific offer only for the house offered with the previous number, which is located at the end of the village with asphalt road access and remote from neighbors. The two houses are located opposite each other, with this particular one at the end of the regulation. The yard consists of a flat part where the main house built and formerly owned by a militia from the Battle of Shipchen are located. South in front of the house, the place is terraced and a flat area is formed in the lowest part. Access to the property is via a small street about 150 m from the newly built chapel in the village. The main house has two large cellars with the possibility of building an internal staircase for access to the living floor accessible via an external staircase and an attic. There is a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a small kitchenette, a bathroom-toilet and a closet. After the entrance gate to the west, a summer kitchen with a fireplace was built. The main building is strengthened with grouted stone foundations for 1 floor, where the cellars are. On the second floor, the rooms are prepared for final restoration, electricity, water and sewer have been installed with a separate room for a bathroom-toilet, and the roof is well maintained without leaks. After final completion the property is suitable for a week’s holiday or combined with the neighboring property can form a small complex of authentic Balkan houses. The two properties and other neighboring ones are a challenge to patriotic Bulgarians to restore a wonderful rural property only 10 km from Gabrovo. The sheltered location and tranquility can attract any citizen overheated by everyday life and overwork.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
