Paragon’s offer for sale is for an authentic house in a small village 5 km from Gabrovo with similar restored houses in the neighborhood characterized by tranquility, a wonderful panorama and wonderful neighbors. The yard is divided into 2 parts, terraced, and in the southern part it is undeveloped with an approach made for it and a well drilled for water supply. The terrain around the house is leveled and surrounded by a stone wall. Numerous restoration works have been carried out – a new roof structure with the possibility of utilizing the under-roof space. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with 2 utility rooms and a new balcony facing east. The electrical installation is built for the entire floor with a separate panel and remains to be connected after finishing the walls and ceilings. Two of the rooms have a concrete floor. New solid wood interior doors were made for the whole house. It is planned to rework the staircase for a warm connection between the two floors. The ground floor has a spacious tavern with a kitchen, storage and service room. All the old strong beams from the structure have been preserved, and where necessary they have been replaced. The disturbed masonry has also been replaced with new single solid bricks. Drainage with waterproofing was made around the house. The surrounding outbuildings are entirely of stone masonry and allow for conversion or use of the cut stone material for yard improvements. The property is of high quality and any connoisseur of old Bulgarian houses will be able to complete this project with joy and not a little money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
