Authentic country house 9 km from Gabrovo for restoration and stone barn and shed built around 1880-1885. The house is standard for the Gabrovo region, as on the first floor there are three spacious cellars, an entrance distribution room with the possibility of an internal staircase. On the second floor there is a closed tarpazan/vestibule/ with access to 2 rooms, a large lounge and a closet. There are no internal bathrooms and toilets, but there are suitable rooms – the closet and the small cellar. An outdoor toilet is currently being used. The closet is in unfinished authentic form as from experience with buyers of similar houses the closet serves to separate 1 or 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Adjacent to the house there is a built summer kitchen and two connected rooms with water running through them. In the courtyard there are two more stone outbuildings covered with stone slabs and a connecting shed. The yard is flat and partially paved with stone slabs on the east side, and behind the house on the west is a garden. The house is well maintained with flower paths, a vine and a place to plant vegetables and spices. In the southern part of the property there is a newly built shed with a pleasant view. The property has huge potential for connoisseurs of old Bulgarian architecture. The property has an additional water source-well. Access to the property via an asphalt road.
