Authentic country house

The house is non-standard for the Gabrovo region because it has an internal staircase. The first floor contains a room with a hearth, two spacious cellars, a spacious entrance distribution room and an internal staircase. On the second floor there is a closed vestibule with access to 4 rooms and a closet. One room is in unfinished authentic form. The southern rooms are connected and there is a built-in fireplace. There is no internal bathroom and toilet, but there are suitable rooms on both floors for construction. Adjacent to the house there is a stone outbuilding and a shed. In the yard there are two more stone barns and a connecting shed. All buildings are covered with stone slabs /tikli/ with partial displacements and slight leaks that are repairable. The yard is flat and surrounded by a stone wall on the north side. The property has huge potential for connoisseurs of old Bulgarian architecture. The village has permanent residents /hardy Balkans/ with a town hall and a restored church. Access to the property via an asphalt road.
