Authentic rural ranch in the mountain village of Gornova Mogila 9 km far from Gabrovo, at the foot of the historical Moroveshki rocks near the old Roman road -on the border of the Central Balkan National Park . The land is 9368 sq m ,3558 sq m of it are differentiated into a yard with an old house. It consists of four rooms, a living room with a fireplace and various utility buildings, sheds, furnace dried for fruit storage space and more. The total living area is 114 sq m, outbuildings are 157 sq m and the barns-150 sq m . The complex of buildings recreates the basic livelihood of the owner 200 years ago, most of the buildings have retained their original appearance. All the buildings have stone foundations, covered with slabs stones, and partially surrounded by stone walls. The yard has its own well which is usable at the moment .
