The village has preserved authentic Balkan houses and is known as the village of the great actress Nevena Kokanova discovered the village through the archaeologist from Haskovo Dikran Balabanyan, who also owns property there. The house was built 120 years ago on stone foundations with a cellar in the basement and two rooms. An internal staircase gives access to the second floor, where two southern rooms are separated, a spacious closet with possibilities for creating service rooms and a large room for welcoming guests. Roofing with stone slabs/tiles/ with partial displacement small repairable leaks on ceiling and west facade. The house is in need of major renovation and it is a serious challenge for a patriotic Bulgarian with good financial capabilities to restore this property. The yard is completely surrounded by a double-faced stone wall with a shaped threshing floor behind the house. On the western border there is an outbuilding and a shed with the possibility of additional construction. The property must be supplied with water from the village water supply or from its own water source from a borehole.
