Guest house high in the mountains

The yard was formed by combining three regulated land properties and according to the cadastral map it represents a property with a total area of 2219 m2 and is within the building boundaries of the village of Vrabtsite, commune. Gabrovo, with applied regulation. The shape of the terrain is trapezoidal, as the terrain is modeled in front of and around the residential building and the farm building, with retaining walls, stairs, an enclosing wall of dry stone masonry. The unevenness of the terrain is about 15% as in as around the buildings there is a concrete pavement covered with a pavement of stone slabs. Permanent improvements have been made to the land in the central flat part of the grounds, with a designated area covered and lined with slabs, exterior stone cladding, small stone doors, a recreation area with an outdoor fountain, an outdoor fireplace and landscaping. A garage was built at street level, which enters the volume of the main building with access through a double wooden door. The floor covering is cement screed, the walls and ceiling are smoothly plastered with lime-cement plaster. Heating installation – the radiator has been removed.
Annex – two unfinished rooms for the plan, a corridor and service rooms with cement screed flooring are planned. Premises are partially plastered, covered with a temporary wooden structure and roof tiles.
In the yard, a shed is made of a wooden structure, a wooden roof structure covered with tiles and drained with drainage pipes.
