Home for investment purpose

The apartment is located in a small residential complex on the first raised floor. It consists of a corridor, a transitional living room with a kitchenette and a small bedroom with a terrace to the west. The floors are terracotta and parquet, the walls are lime plaster and painted with latex. There is an old heating system with radiators and a lyre in the bathroom. All other apartments in the cooperative are supplied with central gas for heating. The apartment is successfully rented out for overnight stays or short-term rentals.
