House for family recreation in the mountains

Description

The house was built about 100 years ago in the mountains above Gabrovo. Access to the village is via an asphalt road with maintenance in winter. The last 50-60 m are on a macadam road. Layout of the house – an annex with two rooms is built on the south side. On the first floor of the house there is a cellar suitable for a tavern and two rooms. We climb a wooden staircase to the second floor, where there are two rooms with a transition, a separate bedroom and a separate room with unfinished flooring. The yard is partially level, and the greater part is terraced and with a slope to the southeast. The property is supplied with mountain spring water within the boundaries of the property. Need to build an internal water supply system in the house with a hydrophore.
