authentic house in a hamlet of only 3 houses not far from Gabrovo. Access is via a forest road in poor condition and a dirt road through a spacious mountain meadow. The house keeps in its memories the childhood of Hristo Yavashev – Christo, and his brothers Anani and Stefan. It was built 110 years ago in the classic way of the period with hewn stone foundations for the cellars, two rooms in an authentic look on 1 floor with a hearth and a brick stove. On the second floor, there is a living room with a fireplace with a brick stove for one bedroom, a jamal for the other bedroom, a bathroom-toilet with a wood boiler and a kitchen. From the second floor there is access by stairs to the backyard of the house where the outbuildings are. At the level of the second floor, on the south side, a panoramic terrace with a view of the Moroveski rocks has been built. Around the house there are several areas paved with stone slabs. The yard is fan-shaped behind the house with fruit trees, fenced and improved. The water supply is from a forest spring with the possibility of irrigation. There is no central power supply and therefore an LED lighting installation with 12 V battery power and a solar panel powering a TV and a small refrigerator has been built. With the addition of 3 more panels, there is also the possibility for larger consumers. At the entrance to the yard, a flat area has been formed for parking and maneuvering of a car. The house is a suitable place for relaxation for lovers of fresh air, peace and quiet. The lack of some communications is unlikely to bother buyers with an adventurous or creative spirit
