House with authentic architecture

The village of Stoichovtsi is located only 13.48 km from our office, which is in the ideal center of Gabrovo and 8 km from Dryanovo. The village is populated with permanent residents, or the house can be used for a weekly holiday or after conversion into a guest house. The house is a starting point for tourist tours – the Dryanovsky Monastery, the architectural reserve of the village of Bozhentsi, the ethnographic complex Etara and Sokolsky Monastery, skiing and hunting tourism. The house has an authentic architecture for the region with a built-up area of 70 sq.m. entirely on stone foundations for the entire first floor, where there are 3 cellar rooms which, as a standard, in future renovations are arranged in a living room with a kitchen, service rooms and a tavern. The second floor has a spacious entrance hall after the stairs, a separate bedroom, a transitional living room with a fireplace and two rooms. Two balconies have been built next to the house, and service rooms have been built under the southern one. In the northern part, a stone barn and shed with stone roof slabs were built for complete renovation. The yard is partially uneven compared to the asphalted road, and around the house there is an internal flat yard. The property is at the end of the village, right next to the forest and a view of the neighboring hills. Need only to restore electricity and water supply, which are in close proximity.
