House with old architecture

The house has old architecture, which brings out the atmosphere of the past times. On the first floor there is a garage, a celler, an oldstyle bathroom with a boiler. the second floor consists of a big livingroom, an oldstyle tavern (mechana) with a fireplace and three bedrooms. There is no bathroom and toilet inside the house, but there are suitable premises where they can be fitted.The house is in good condition but needs some slight repair and simple cosmetic refreshment.The plot is extending to 1000sq.m.The area is ideal for rural and mountain tourism as it has exquisite nature. A river flows near the house which makes it ideal place for recreation!!!
