The house is located in the upper part of the town of Kamaka, only 600 m from the central part of Gabrovo. The house is nestled in the forest with access via a paved and macadam road about 250 meters with the possibility of maneuvering and parking in front of the house. A reinforced concrete retaining wall was built to form a spacious viewing terrace in front of the house. Electrical installation, plumbing and joinery have been completely replaced. The attic space is used with a one-room studio-type room with a fireplace, air conditioning and a service room. Access to the studio, barbecue and the garden behind the house is via a metal ladder. The yard has an area of ​​801 sq.m., terraced with fruit trees.
