The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a private bathroom and a closet, a bathroom-toilet, a storage room on the floor, a kitchen, a shared terrace, a spacious living room and a bedroom. The building was rebuilt in 2006 with new partition walls, installations, thermal insulation and independent heating with an individual lot for each apartment and a private subscriber for the building. The building has its own fenced yard, indoor parking and is located next to the Gabrovo House of Humor and Satire.
