Description

The house is located right next to the center of the village surrounded by a massive stone fence, a large door for access by car to the interior of the yard. It is built on stone foundations, and on the first floor there are a cellar and two large rooms, one of which has a fireplace. An internal staircase leads to the second floor where there are three rooms and a closet. An internal bathroom has not been built, but there is a possibility to separate it in place of the closet. There is repairable roof leak damage. Immediately next to the house there is a well and outbuildings, a barn of 105 m2 and a shed of 65 m2 covered with stone slabs and stone masonry walls. The property needs major repairs, clearing of vegetation, but offers the possibility of full restoration.
