The house is located on a quiet closed street and is built close to the adjacent residential building. In the basement there are two cellars, and on the living floor there is a wide corridor, wet room, bathroom-toilet and three rooms. The height of the ceilings is above standard and in case of renovation it can be used for proper insulation. The fence walls are 45 cm, with part of the plaster being compromised. A summer kitchen of 14 m2 and a shed were also built in the yard. The property is permanently derelict, but is a suitable investment for the restoration of an old building.
