The house was built about 100 years ago on stone foundations on the outskirts of the village of Lesicharka. The house is built on 76 m2, with the first floor having a completely renovated living room-kitchen with IKEA kitchen furniture, dishwasher, built-in oven, hood with activated carbon and automatic anti-smoke ventilation, room with stone walls for TV, storage and bathroom-toilet . In the annex next to the house, on an area of 30 m2, a spacious studio with exposed oak treated beams and an insulated roof has been created. The living floor with access by an internal staircase consists of a landing, a bathroom-toilet and three rooms. All the floors are made of wood, the joinery is new wood with double glazing. At the bottom of the property is a stone barn of 68 m2. A shed of stone construction with an area of 37 m2 is located on the western border. The electrical and plumbing installation was completely replaced and the roof structure was completely revised. The entrance door was replaced with a new one made of solid oak. The electrical installation has separate circuits for each room and switchboards for each floor. The waste water is processed by its own purification system. The yard of 1393 m2 is divided into two plots, 719 m2 with the buildings and 674 m2 – undeveloped, surrounded by a stone wall and completely renovated and new stone flooring. In front of the house there is a parking lot for two cars. The garden is bordered by a forest and a river. Zhanka, cherry, peach and vine are the fruit plants in the garden. The village has a shop, post office, library, church, public transport and 4G coverage. The village is mostly inhabited by Bulgarians, some of whom are young families and speak English. In addition, there are families from England, Sweden and Belgium. There is an active association of the residents of the village. The electrical supply of the entire village has been replaced. A wonderful place for weekly relaxation and tourism or for permanent residence.
