Renovated small country house with a large yard

Description

The yard is almost completely enclosed by a two-sided newly built stone wall, except for the forest border to the north. On the west side of the property it borders an abandoned road to the river. At the entrance of the house there is a shed with two transitional rooms for guests or a studio without a service room. The house consists of a ground floor with a tavern, a kitchen, a bathroom-toilet and a closet. Access to the 2nd floor by an internal wooden staircase where there is a landing, a spacious bathroom-toilet, a bedroom and a living room with a fireplace. The roofs of the shed and the residential building are of new construction and covered with traditional stone slabs. The bathroom on the 2nd floor can be converted into a second bedroom.
