The owner of the production base has preserved the traditions of an old Gabrovo tannery family. The processing of raw hides was initially carried out in an old monolithic factory building, and after the expansion of production, a new two-story part was added. The offer includes a ready-made small factory. The property is located in a northern industrial zone away from residential buildings and meets all sanitary and hygienic norms.
