Two-story house with a large yard and a view

The house is a two-story construction about 12-15 years ago, in need of finishing works – painting, installation of a heating boiler and radiators. The first residential floor has a built-up area of 67 square meters and consists of a corridor, living room – kitchen, bedroom, utility room, bathroom – toilet; second residential floor bedroom, transitional living room to bedroom, bathroom – toilet without fittings and water heater, staircase and two terraces. In the basement there is a large basement, with an area of 40 sq. m and is divided into a storage room for equipment and a staircase. In the attic space there is a separate attic with a terrace to the south. The joinery is aluminum with an interrupted thermal bridge. The heating is planned and prepared for radiators in the rooms and a boiler in the living room. The yard is almost level, surrounded by a transparent fence, but it needs a complete cleaning and refinement. The building needs renovation of plasters and plinths in the southern part of the building. There is no batch for electricity that has been interrupted.
