The performance quality of the reinforced concrete slabs allows the deployment of heavier machines. Installed power 160 KW. There are options for installation of an external elevator for better service of the floors. There is access to the buildings from two streets. The land is located next to an asphalt road in the direction of Tryavna with a partially asphalted yard and all communications.
